Directioners, make sure you’ve got some spare pennies this November, as the BRAND NEW ALBUM will getting its official release, just in time for Christmas.

Louis Tomlinson spoke to the Daily Star and revealed a bunch of exciting info about the boys’ third release, a follow up to ‘Up All Night’ and ‘Take Me Home’.

New rumours are saying it might possibly be called ‘This Is Us’, to tie in perfectly with the movie this August, but that’s not been confirmed yet.

Louis Tomlinson said:

“We’ve already started recording the album, we started about a month ago. We’ve been writing and recording it while on tour. We are really happy with it.”

“We don’t want to rush it but it will be out for Christmas.”

The Doncaster-dude added:

“We have the film coming out as well so we are all pretty shattered but we are all having a great time. We have had a week off this week before heading on to Europe for the tour.”

A few British newspapers thought that 1D wouldn’t have time to get anything released this year with their huge touring commitments.

A source close to the boys said:

“There was talk about the boys taking some time off before the next album but it was decided to release the record while they are so popular.”

“The band are going from strength to strength so it would be silly not to have an album out in time for the profitable Christmas market.”

Fans are desperate to hear some new One Direction music, and the source continued:

“All the lads are incredibly hardworking and career minded. Although they are knackered, they all love what they are doing.”

We can’t wait to hear the new tunes!

What do you think the album will be called?
