Last week, we found out that a school in Michigan had received complaints for using One Direction’s “Live While We’re Young” in a show.

But what were the complaints about?

Well, apparently the song’s lyrics such as “Tonight let’s get some” and “Don’t let the pictures leave your phone” caused parents of students to get a little bit angry.

In a complaint letter the school received because of this, it says: “These lyrics promote sexual activity among teens… by implying a casual one-night hook-up and by hinting at the serious issue of sexting.”

REALLY?!

Are you guys serious?!

Well, it appears we’re not the only ones shocked by the complaint. Our very own Louis took to Twitter, to tell them where to shove their complaint.

He tweeted: “Dear Mr and Mrs Stone, I’m deeply saddened by your complaint to Chelsea High School regarding our lyrics…”

He then added: “I hope the two of you ‘get some’ very soon #cryingparents”

Brilliant! We’re glad he didn’t just ignore the stupid complaint!
